International Museum Day (DIM), which is celebrated on May 18th, will be marked at the MNSR with a diverse program that runs from Thursday (May 18th) to Saturday (May 20th) and is integrated into a program collaborative with the museums of the city of Porto. Participation is free.
The 2023 theme presented by the International Council of Museums (ICOM) is Museums, Sustainability and Wellbeing and seeks to reflect the role of museums as places of discovery, which tell us about the past and drive new ideas and perspectives.
The DIM 2023 program includes guided visits to the long-term exhibition and the temporary exhibition Vida e Segredo Aurélia de Souza 1866-1922, as well as workshops, a concert and a performance. Participate!
