Privacy Policy

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), the MNSR – as a service under the Directorate-General for Cultural Heritage (DGPC) – pursues the following Privacy Policy:

1. With the entry into force of the new General Data Protection Regulation (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL, of 27th April 2016), the DGPC, created by Decree-Law No. 115/2012, of 25th May, including the dependent services identified in Annex I of the same legal diploma – namely the MNSR – has proceeded to update its privacy policy.

2. Your personal data is important to the DGPC and we are committed to ensuring its protection.

3. DGPC only keeps the data necessary for justified contacts.

4. This data will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending information regarding the aims of the usage, and will under no circumstances be supplied to other entities, apart from the legal exceptions.

5. The data is kept in a database only for the duration of the relationship with its owners, apart from the exceptional possibility of conservation, under the terms of sub-paragraph j) of paragraph 2 of article 9, and of article 89, both of the RGPD, and/or as long as the DGPC is obliged by legal/tax requirements.

6. Data subjects have the right to access, update, rectify or delete their personal data, or choose not to receive communications from the DGPC.

7. The terms of the privacy policy can be found on the websites of the DGPC, of its dependent services and even on social networks.
